There are over 100 retail, service, manufacturing, and professional businesses that call Dodge Center their home and work together with their agricultural counterparts in our rural environment. The businesses draw from a well-educated labor pool and enjoy their Greater Minnesota location combined with easy access to the Minnesota urban centers of Rochester, Owatonna, Minneapolis/St.Paul, and other Midwest metropolitan areas.

The Dodge Center Chamber provides scholarships and support to the Dodge Center Pageant. The 2011-2012 Dodge Center Royalty are from left, Miss Dodge Center Skyler Hortop, Kristin Marquardt, third attendant; Little Miss Dodge Center Taylor Kraemer; Anna Tamez, Miss Congeniality and second attendant; and Tayler MacVey, first attendant. The Dodge Center Chamber provides scholarships for the pageant winners and helps promote the pageant which is held Father's Day weekend.
